- stretching & being active (both inside or outside have benefits);
- stay hydrated but limit caffeine;
- listen to upbeat music;
- sniff uplifting scents like cinnamon, peppermint, & citrus;
- eat healthily, including whole grains, fruits & veggies, etc.
