- Cut back: Sugar (end in -ose), Corn Syrup, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar Alcohols (end in -itol)
- Caution: Stevia (aka Rebiana)
- Avoid: Acesulfame K, Aspartame, Saccharin
